NOTE: The average home inspection takes approximately 2 1/2 hours. You are welcome to be present for the entire inspection. You can climb the ladders with us, squeeze into the attics, or follow us through every room of the house (we like the company). We at least encourage you to be there for the last half hour of the inspection so we will have the opportunity to go over the inspection report together, if at all possible.
